要睡了趕緊補po照片，今天晚餐吃了「山東水餃手拉麵」 我們都點了同樣的東西：川牛麵 Spicy Beef Noodle。 麵條部分真的很不錯，是手工麵，口感ok，但稍微煮久了一點，有一點點軟掉，不夠Q。湯的部分，嗯…第一口還可以，後面就覺得這湯是不是泡菜湯啊？吃到底還會看見很多那種小吃店辣醬的紅椒片，很豆瓣醬的味道，可能只能騙騙老外，這湯完全沒有中式的味道。(難道四川味就是豆瓣醬？)
